Campdrafter Saddle – Built for Equine Sports and More

The Campdrafter was specifically designed with equine sports such as campdrafting in mind. Moreover, it is crafted from quality drum‑dyed smooth leather, which gives it a close‑contact feel while remaining light in weight. Consequently, it makes an ideal saddle for trail riding, endurance work, and polo crosse.

Comfortable, Secure, and Versatile

This Australian saddle is highly comfortable and secure, thanks to its suspended webbed seat and sturdy thigh poleys. Additionally, the saddle panels are wide‑set, allowing them to fit well on both wider‑backed and short‑backed horses. As a result, riders experience a closer‑contact feel compared with other serge‑style panel saddles.

With continued riding, the padded serge panels gradually mould to the horse’s back, delivering a custom‑fit feel.

All of our Australian saddles come fully fitted with essential accessories, including:

  • 2.5 in. colour‑matched stirrup leathers
  • A fleece or felt girth for a soft, secure fit
  • Matching stirrups
  • A back‑cinch D‑ring for added stability
